Unbranded Black Brown Teddy Bear Plush Jointed 10" Stuffed Animal Bee Bumblebee Boyds??

Brown/Black Bear Push Measures approx 10 head to feet. Jointed at hips, shoulders. Embroidered bee on left leg. Tush tag has been removed - unsure of brand - possibly Boyds? Black material looks a bit matted due to kind of fabric. Bear shows some wear from handling as shown in photos, is in nice condition overall.
